Summarize Written Text Passage

Dear Community Members,

With flu season approaching, we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to get vaccinated against the flu, protecting themselves and others from serious illness. Therefore, the local health department will be hosting free flu vaccination clinics across the city over the next two months.

The clinics will be open to all residents, with no appointment necessary. We have expanded our hours to accommodate as many people as possible, including evening and weekend clinics. In addition to the standard flu vaccine, high-dose vaccines will be available for seniors and other high-risk groups.

We strongly encourage everyone, especially those at higher risk of flu complications, to take advantage of this opportunity. Getting vaccinated is the best way to protect against the flu and its potentially serious consequences.

For clinic locations, schedules, and more information on the flu vaccine, please visit our website or contact our office.

Stay healthy and safe,

Mike

Public Health Director
[Local Health Department]
